Quadruple-nominee Bill Hader doesn't plan on getting 'competitive' with his fellow Emmy nominees

And the next thing you know, I’m back in the room with Alec going, I don’t know what I’m doing, I don’t know what’s going on,” he continued.
Berg, Hader said, jokingly offered a tip. “Alec was like, why don’t you rub the Emmy on the script and see if that makes it better?” Now he’s got other options: “Maybe“It doesn’t magically make you better at your job,” Hader added, of awards recognition from the Academy and elsewhere. “But that’s kind of the fun part of it. This morning, I’m writing a new script, and I’m receiving these nice emails and stuff, and it’s great. But you’re still stuck.
