Foxborough, Mass. (WHAM) — It was as bad as it looked at home.

"We had an opportunity to win at the end, and we just needed a stop," he said. "It was total collective failure by defense of just not getting the ball back or not stopping them. I'm not going to make an excuse for the injuries, none of that. This is the life of an NFL player. You've got to go out there, you've got to compete each and every week, whether there are injuries or not.
"As a defense, we like to feel like we can thrive in those types of situations that you want to be in at the end of the game to be able to close out the game for your team," Jordan Poyer said. "Unfortunately, it wasn't that way today. Good thing we've got a short week and we've got to play on Thursday."
They have another game coming up fast, and there's going to be a lot of work that needs to be done the next few days as they prepare to play again Thursday night.
