A black bear was spotted in the suburbs of Snohomish County Wednesday morning, according to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.
According to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office and Snohomish County Parks & Recreation, the bear was spotted near the Cathcart and Silver Firs area, around Puget Park Drive and 134th Place Southeast.
Witnesses have told officials the bear may have been injured on its backend or back leg.Snohomish County Parks & Recreation also noted the bear was seen Wednesday morning at Willis Tucker Park.If you see the bear, do not approach the bear or attempt to disrupt the bear.©2023 Cox Media Group
