BMW Confirms 6 Neue Klasse Models Coming Between 2025 And 2027 | Carscoops carscoops
architecture that will eventually underpin BMW’s entire portfolio, the automaker confirmed 6 debuts within 24 months between 2025 and 2027. The first two models will be a sedan and an SUV with a similar footprint to the current 3-Series and a new styling language likely previewed by theconcept earlier this year. The new platform will bring high-performance electric drivetrains and batteries with significantly improved efficiency, alongside a new UX/UI concept and more focus on sustainability.
Production of the first Neue Klasse model will commence in the second half of 2025 at the Debrecen plant in Hungary. In 2026, they will also be manufactured in BMW’s main factory in Munich, Germany which will be upgraded accordingly. In 2027, “standard production” of the Neue Klasse EVs will start at the Plant San Luis Potosi in Mexico, following an €800 million investment. Besides the aforementioned locations, the company said they will soon announce more factories for EV production.
