Philadelphia police say they have identified burned remains found near Kelly Drive as a male. A source tells FOX 29 the victim is estimated to have been between the ages of 10 and 20.
A police source tells FOX 29 that the victim is estimated to be between the ages of 10 and 20. Investigators say someone found the human remains near Brewery Hill and Kelly Drive Sunday, around noon.More information on the victim’s cause of death has not yet been released.
