Police used explosive-detecting dogs to search the school grounds, but no trace of a threat was found.
A Palo Alto high school was evacuated out of an abundance of caution on Thursday afternoon due to a bomb threat.
School officials evacuated the approximately 250 students and staff who were present at the high school and alerted police of the threat. Officers cordoned off the campus and used explosive-detecting canines to search the school grounds, but no trace of a threat was found. Anyone with information on the threat made against the school was asked to contact the Palo Alto Police Department at 650 329-2413.
