– Some of the protective gear donated by local law enforcement agencies has arrived in Europe. The Boulder police and sheriff’s office sent ballistic helmets, vests and medical supplies to aid with humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.

They provided an image of a so-called “runner” using that gear. The runners are taking ICU-level medications into Kyiv to help communities under attack.
