Damien Barber, 37, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Thursday in the death of Jamie Bey, 27, who was hit by a stray bullet while inside a bar for a family birthday party.

There were no plea deals, Zawisky said, and Barber agreed to plead guilty with no sentencing guarantee.
