LONDON - Britain’s Prince Andrew said on Saturday he never saw or suspected any sex crimes during the time he spent with U.S. financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Andrew, who is the second son of Queen Elizabeth, issued a lengthy statement saying he wanted to “clarify the facts” around his relationship with Epstein. The Mail said the picture had been taken in 2010 - two years after Epstein pleaded guilty to a Florida state felony prostitution charge and registered as a sex offender.
He said that he first met Epstein in 1999, saw him once or twice a year and stayed in a number of his properties.
