Eldin Ulloa, 20, is charged with reckless murder. All of Ulloa’s passengers were injured, one of them severely, according to court records.
A young Birmingham City Schools student died over the weekend following an August traffic crash, and his older brother has been charged in connection with the death.
His brother, 20-year-old Eldin Ulloa, was booked into the Shelby County Jail Tuesday where he remains held without bond.
