The cause of the wildfire remains under investigation, said Angelina Casarez, deputy chief of public affairs.Casarez stated that risk assessments are made for all training that occurs on camp grounds, including training conducted during conditions in which fire is a danger. Training conducted on the day the fire began followed existing protocols, she said.Camp Bullis, located in northern Bexar County, consists of 27,000 acres of wildlands, ranges and training areas for service personnel.
