California co-warehousing firm plants its flag in North Texas

California-based co-warehousing firm ReadySpaces has opened its first D-FW location in Farmers Branch.

“At ReadySpaces, our mission is to provide businesses with affordable and flexible co-warehousing options that enable them to grow and succeed,” CEO Kevin Petrovic said in a statement. “We are thrilled to expand our nationwide footprint by adding this new facility in Farmers Branch, which will help local businesses compete in the dynamic and fast-paced market.”

ReadySpaces serves more than 2,000 customers from its locations, which rent warehouses from 200 to 5,000 square feet, provide loading docks and forklifts, offer workspaces, offices, and conference rooms. Tenants can rent the space for a flexible amount of time depending on needs.ReadySpaces plans to expand its cowarehousing facilities across the country.
