Amazon Studios has finally announced the Candy Candy Lane release date for its next collaboration with Oscar nominee Eddie Murphy.

“I can’t wait for the world to see Candy Cane Lane,” director Reginald Hudlin said in a statement. “I’ve wanted to make a Christmas movie my whole life, but I wanted to do something fresh and surprising. Eddie Murphy and this hilarious cast really bring the funny, it’s super Christmas-y, and it will hit you right in the feels.”“This holiday comedy adventure follows a man on a mission to win his neighborhood’s annual Christmas home decoration contest,” reads the synopsis.
It is produced by Murphy as part of his three-picture and first-look film deal with Amazon Studios, along with Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Karen Lunder, and Charisse Hewitt-Webster.
