A resident of Carabel Avenue contacted the police department at 7:50 a.m. on Sept. 12 to report a stolen vehicle from outside his home near Lakewood Heights Boulevard.
Police officers at 1:10 a.m. on Sept. 15 responded to a report of a man passed out behind the wheel on Hilliard Road near Madison Avenue. The driver was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.Officers at 4:38 p.m. on Sept. 16 responded to a report of a man lying on the railroad tracks and refusing any help. Officers removed the man from the railroad tracks and charged him with disorderly conduct while intoxicated, according to a police event report.
