___________________________________________________________________Alaska Public Media is looking for a journalist eager to engage with and report on the communities and cultures within the state’s largest city. This is a chance for an ambitious journalist to report from a dynamic northern city at a high stakes time for many critical issues including homelessness, the economy and climate change.

The Anchorage communities reporter is responsible for generating enterprise stories on life in Anchorage and surrounding areas for Alaska Public Media, the source of NPR radio, PBS television for Southcentral Alaska and stewards of the statewide news service in collaboration with 25 public media partners.
