Four crew members rescued from cargo ship that capsized off Nagasaki, with search and rescue efforts under way for other 18, says Japan's Coast Guard
The crew on board included 14 Chinese nationals and eight people from Myanmar, Japanese coastguard says.
"At 7:14 am , four Chinese nationals were rescued but we're still searching for the remaining 18 members," a coastguard spokeswoman told the AFP news agency.
