Cleveland finished the second quarter on an 26-9 run, taking a commanding 16-point lead into the halftime break. Behind a surgical offense and suffocating defense, the Cavs kept piling on from there. They opened the third quarter on an 11-4 surge, building a 23-point advantage. The lead ballooned to a game-high 26 points with 4:37 remaining in the fourth quarter, sending Indiana fans to the exits.
Garland -- who had a little more fuel playing against Eastern Conference All-Star Tyrese Haliburton, one of the players chosen over Garland for an All-Star nod -- finished with a team-high 24 points on 8 of 13 from the field and 4 of 6 from 3-point range to go with six assists in 35 impressive minutes.
