Evidence of that very real Bostonian hospitality
The lobster looks pretty good, even through the varying qualities of phone cameras, but how did it taste as a pre-game meal for reporters? The reviews are mixed. The Mercury News' Dieter Kurtenbach called it a"truly elite meal," but the San Francisco Chronicle's Connor Letourneau told SFGATE that the lobster was"just OK," while the crab cakes"were legitimately good.
"The crab cakes were a 10," KPIX-TV's Charlie Walter told SFGATE."Delicious. The lobster was very good, but so ridiculous eating lobster in a full suit and tie without proper lobster shell cracking training. I was making a mess! But it was the best media setup I’ve ever seen. They also had steak tips, BBQ chicken, clam chowder."
