Both of the New Cumberland residents areTwo New Cumberland residents have been arrested in connection to the Jan. 6, 2021, riots in the U.S. Capitol Building.
Then, the two wandered into the Senate chamber, where they walked around before finding chairs assigned to former Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Sen. Kevin Cramer of North Dakota. Meanwhile, Mangia dropped to the ground, rolled around and repeatedly kicked at officers as they tried to lift and carry her out.
The day was not over for the married couple, according to the court records. They re-entered the Capitol Building through the East Rotunda door and pushed into the Rotunda right before officers shut its door. Officers then began trying to filter occupants outside the building.
