Russian President Putin won't be making any concessions, says Chechen chief Ramzan Kadyrov, whose fighters are taking part in Moscow's military campaign in Ukraine
Ramzan Kadyrov rose to power in the mainly Muslim southern Russian region of Chechnya in the wake of two brutal wars after the Soviet Union's collapse.
Kadyrov, who has Chechen forces fighting in Ukraine as part of Russia's military operation, said on Wednesday in comments on Telegram that President Vladimir Putin would not simply stop what he had started there.
