Exclusive: ChicagoPD’s LaRoyce Hawkins knows what role Atwater would play at a possible Burzek wedding.
“I’ve been a fake first responder for about 10 seasons now, so I understand the struggle,” Hawkins told. “I think the disparity between when we have incidents or issues at home and when we can actually get first responders to respond effectively is kind of egregious.
