Peacock has released a new trailer a brand new comedy special, while also setting the official Chris Fleming: Hell release date.
comedy special — along with a streaming release date.Chris Fleming: Hell will release on August 18, 2023, exclusively on Peacock. The special is directed by Cat Solen and produced by Jax Media. It was filmed in March at Dynasty Typewriters in Los Angeles, and features the quirky comedic stylings of Fleming. Included are skits, musical numbers, and classic stand-up.
“Chris Fleming lights up Dynasty Typewriter as he explores the unique hell of performance anxiety through musical comedy, anecdotes about Phil Collins, and everything in between,” reads the official synopsis for the special. “His surreal take on the plight of being a live performer is accompanied by absurdist sketches depicting the artist’s journey through Hollywood and the mystical nature of live theater.
