CNN political analyst and former Democratic staffer Kirsten Powers called on Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., to leave the Democratic Party over his opposition to parts of President Biden's massive social spending bill.
"So he is for the child tax credit, but he has been saying all along that he had a problem with the price tag and the scope, so why are Democrats surprised that this isn’t going anywhere?" Lemon asked Powers.
