CNN is in talks with CBS host Gayle King for a new CNN prime-time show.

“They are trying to pair Gayle King and me,” he recently said. “We don’t have anything set in stone. I’m only considering it because of my respect for Gayle.”One report indicated that if a deal is struck, King would continue her duties on CBS Mornings as normal. However, a deal is not necessarily being finalized, and the network is not making any announcements about a new program currently.
The Whole Story with Anderson Cooper will premiere on April 16 at 8 p.m. The new show will be"a collection of unique and immersive single subject, one-hour episodes," according to CNN.
