Colin Kaepernick was seen with Dodgers star Mookie Betts last night at the Lakers game ... days after putting the NFL on notice, reminding teams he's ready to play football.

Kap's final season certainly wasn't his best, but the dual-threat QB contends he's been doing his part to stay in shape, and he's ready to play.
