Colorado man kills wife, himself at temple on Christmas morning
According to Thornton police, the married couple had been members of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses congregation.
Luis Sanchez, a witness living across the street from the temple, heard shots and then saw a woman lying on the ground outside, according to the Denver Post.The bomb squad is looking into suspicious devices at the scene. The investigation is still active, witnesses being interviewed, scene being examined. A suspicious device found at the scene is being evaluated by the Hazardous Materials Unit. Two adults are dead at the scene. Still no known threats to the Thornton community. Updates here…
