After the launch day of your new tech, the partnership does not end there. You don’t want a vendor that just dumps new technology on you and leaves.
Work with the vendor to pull initial and ongoing utilization reports and understand trends. You may find more work is needed to create user buy-in, or make tweaks to the tech over time.
Continue to work with your team to use the technology and stay on top of any updates as they occur. Investing in new tech may be scary at first, but in the end, it should also be a rewarding and simple experience for everyone involved.
