At about 1 p.m., Phoenix fire crews were called to the area of Desert Cove Avenue and Tatum Boulevard, just north of Shea Boulevard, for reports of a crash.

— Phoenix Fire Dept. September 20, 2023 Phoenix Fire officials say the crash involved two vehicles and multiple pedestrians. They have not provided information on the extent of any injuries. ABC15 chopper video shows a crash in the middle of the intersection. The area is shut down until further notice.
