At 8:44 a.m., according to a Dallas Fire-Rescue official, a car crashed through a barrier at the construction site and fell into a hole at the worksite. Three workers were inside the hole when the car fell in, according to DFR. The official said one of the construction workers was pinned by the car, but first responders were able to get everyone out.
