Dallas apartment builder Larkspur Capital is planning a $60 million rental project on Second Avenue near Fair Park.
The five-story, $60 million development will include 293 units. The 415,000-square-foot project will have a seven-story parking garage with 368 parking spaces, as well as a leasing office, mail room, fitness center, street-level retail, rooftop amenity room and pool, according to details from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The Second Avenue project is one of two developments Larkspur Capital is working on near the entrance to Fair Park.That rental community would have about 240 units.Development activity is spreading from Dallas’ Deep Ellum district to areas on the west side of Fair Park.
