Breaking: Dallas first responders conducting water rescue in Trinity River, official says
More than a dozen Dallas Fire-Rescue units were searching for two individuals who reportedly went underwater in the Trinity River on Sunday afternoon and never resurfaced.
About 3:30 p.m., first responders received a 911 call that two people went into the water and didn’t come up in the Elm Fork of the river, department spokesperson Jason Evans said. He said initial reports indicated the incident occurred by the dam near California Crossing Parking, located in the 1600 block of California Crossing Road.Read the crime and public safety news your neighbors are talking about.
