Dallas restaurateur Hunter Pond is wanted in Colorado on charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, authorities said Thursday.

Pond and his family were walking along the mountain road, which did not have sidewalks, when a woman came “barreling” down the road in her car, almost hitting members of Pond’s family, Friedman said. Pond later saw the woman in the hotel parking lot and spoke to her. A spokesperson for the Mountain Village Police Department confirmed Thursday morning Pond is still actively wanted. Friedman said Pond will go to Colorado to face the charges.
