But it's not only Batman's body that's breaking down. The Batmobile isn't responding with any of Bruce's countermeasures. The system and its numerous backups are failing, meaning the duo are helpless as the car sinks. Batman notes that even if he could get out of his harness and his arms weren't torn up, the windows of the Batmobile are strong enough to take several RPG hits, meaning he has no hope of getting out.
