The York County Coroner’s Office ruled Joselito Pagan-Ocasio’s death a homicide due to the stabbing, which York City police said took place on the 300 block of East King Street. Pagan-Ocasio was found dead around 11:30 p.m., police said. An autopsy was completed Tuesday morning at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.
No suspects or charges have been announced as of Tuesday. York City police are continuing to investigate.
