The Deftones are hitting the road for a 2020 U.S. tour 'It's been a minute,' said frontman Chino Moreno
Christopher Polk/Shutterstockhave stopped touring the U.S. in favor of throwing their own festivals: Dia de los Deftones, held at San Diego’s Petco Park, has included Future, CHVRCHES, Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda and more.
But Tuesday, the band announced their first full U.S. summer tour since 2017. The tour, with guests Gojira and Poppy, kicks off on July 27th in Portland, Oregon, and continues all summer until wrapping up in Denver on September 5th.“We’re super excited to have Gojira spending the summer with us, and Poppy will be a really fun addition as well,” frontman Chino Moreno said in a statementIt’s unclear if the tour will include new music.
