Demi reportedly asked fans not to 'go after' Austin on social media.
For her part, Demi has been relatively quiet on social about the rumored breakup; however, the singer seemingly responded to a fan on IG, asking her followers to be kind to Austin.
“Please don’t go after him,” Demi wrote in a DM, according to a fan’s screenshots. “He’s a good guy. Much better than what people see on the outside just because he’s got a lot of tattoos. Breakups are hard for both parties involved. Just stay nice and say prayers.”
