Deputies fatally shoot man accused of opening fire on them in north Harris County
Deputies shot a man to death early Monday in north Harris County when he allegedly opened fire on sheriff's and constable deputies, authorities said.
Deputies responding at about 3:20 a.m. to a drive-by shooting on the 11100 block of Cora Street spotted a potential suspect and started a short pursuit that ended when the man crashed near Veterans Memorial and Sam Houston Tollway, saidOn HoustonChronicle.com
