You can technically get to 960 through gear, but you can add, 10, 20 or it turns out, 46 levels to your power through artifact XP grinding.to hit 999 first, which involves mostly doing a whole lot of bounties on repeat, and getting lucky with pinnacle drops. Despite Bagel’s insane grinding abilities , he was not an experienced Shattered Throne player. He had only been through it once, and he had mostly been carried through by his teammates.
