Learn more about (DI)SCUSS, an online collaboration hub where underrepresented groups and their allies can freely brainstorm, network and engage in lively conversations about issues that impact them:
Share to linkedinNow more than ever, companies worldwide are adopting business strategies that promote equality. Despite this, underrepresented groups still face significant career hurdles and discrimination within the workplace. That’s why The community is a private, online collaboration hub where underrepresented groups and their allies can freely brainstorm, network and engage in lively conversations about issues that impact them.
In speaking with various business leaders and C-suite executives, I also saw a need for two-way communication between leaders and their increasingly diverse employees. To quote a CEO I recently interviewed, “Many of us want to create a more diverse and inclusive environment, but we’re not sure where to start … And sometimes, we’re afraid of making a misstep.”
SCUSS touches on pressing issues in a closed group forum. Topics include matters related to ageism, faith, sexual orientation and gender identity, race, gender, sexism and misogyny, mental health, disabilities , the formerly incarcerated and veterans.
