A judge from Lackawanna County who is a Dickinson School of Law graduate will receive President Joe Biden’s nomination Wednesday to take the bench in central Pennsylvania’s federal court. Julia K. Munley, a Lackawanna Court of Common Pleas judge, will receive Biden’s endorsement for candidacy to be a judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, according to the White House.
