There is possibly no more reliable person than Diplo. If there is a club, he will be there, shirtless. If there is a cliff, he will be there, shirtless. And if there is an Instagram, well, he will certainly be there, and he will definitely be shirtless. What the past several days of self-isolation and panic have also proven is that, if there is a crisis, Diplo will be there too. Shirts optional.
Starting last Friday, the California-based DJ began streaming sets on Instagram Live, touting the experiment to his followers as a way “to help keep your spirits high during our month of social distancing.” The first set took place on Sunday, during which dancers in booty shorts gyrated around Diplo, who was wearing a white paper mask, while he played all your favorite hits. Thousands of Diplo’s 5.8 million followers tuned in, with comments flooding the feed.
