. A first full trailer for the live-action remake of the 1998 animated film has arrived, starring Chinese-American actressDisney dropped its latest trailer and poster appropriately during halftime of the FIFA Women’s World Cup, and well in advance of the film’s March 27, 2020 release.
The sneak peek footage downplays many musical or fantastical elements of the original animated adaptation—miss you, Mushu—but does nod toward the classic “Honor to Us All” song with a few notes playing over Mulan’s conversation with her parents. Disney released a first poster as well.
