Until anything official is announced though it’s impossible to know for certain. Disney already has multiple upcoming remakes in the works, so The Princess and the Frog live-action release date would be several years away even if it were greenlit soon.
Bruno Campos voiced Prince Naveen in Disney’s animated version of the tale. However, since Campos is almost in his 50s and Naveen is in his 20s, Disney would have to make adjustments to the plot of the live-action The Princess and the Frog for him to reprise the role.
