Court heard McLaughlin’s name was put on the birth certificate of her youngest child, even though McLaughlin wasn’t the child’s biological father. Mason testified McLaughlin knew he wasn’t the biological father, while the defence argued Mason hid the truth from McLaughlin. The girl said she saw the gun boxes weeks before in her mom’s closet, and nobody else would have come to the house after McLaughlin left.Article content
