Peyote Ugly shows in Saskatchewan are the creation of Opal Hoggarth, a trans and non-binary drag performer who enjoys heavy metal music.

There have been burlesque performers and Hoggarth wants to book some pole dancers as well.According to Hoggarth, The Artesian banned raw meat onstage after a werewolf show by drag performer Bobbie Dysmorphia.
