Officers said the unidentified driver fled the scene and the vehicle subsequently caught on fire. Police said they found the passenger who died at the scene after the fire was extinguished.The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office has not released the identity of the passenger.Top Picks In Shopping
