There was no evidence of alcohol use.A resident reported Sept. 25 that someone fraudulently opened a PayPal credit card in her name and the account had a balance of $3,508 that dated back to 2021.Her attorney is investigating.A California woman, 51, refused to pay her bill at the Holiday Inn Sept. 25.
