El Toro will have exclusive, season pass holder-only hours when it reopens at Six Flags Great Adventure on Saturday.
The ride will reopen to season pass holders Saturday at 9:30 a.m., a Six Flags spokeswoman said. Regular ticket holders will be able to ride starting at 1:30 p.m. Similar season pass holder hours will be held on Sunday., and was waiting on its final safety inspections.
A Department of Community Affairs spokesperson could not immediately be reached for comment on Friday, when state offices were closed. This is the first time since August 2022 El Toro will run for park goers after a serious malfunction injured 14. Five of those riders were taken to a nearby hospital for injuries.
