Elon Musk walks back extreme cut to Twitter's parental leave policy, bringing it close to what Tesla workers get
Elon Musk last month cut Twitter's paid parental leave policy from 20 weeks to just two weeks.Parental leave has now been increased again, yet it remains well below the previous policy.
Last month, Twitter cut paid parental leave from 20 weeks to just two weeks, changing the policy without officially notifying employees. Under the new policy, any non-birthing parent working at Twitter for less than a year, including parents who adopt, can only take up to three weeks of paid parental leave. Such parents with more than one year at the company can take up to seven weeks.
