Considering the two have known each other since 2000, back when they were both just kids, it’s not a surprise they’ve remained close.
Additionally, Felton’s an avid and passionate guitar player, so it’s not unusual that he’d share his hobby with his friends. The actor’s Instagram page features multiple photos of him playing the same guitar he shared with Watson with other people, including a bartender in South Africa. He’s clearly just happy to bond with people over music. This is just a case of a tabloid baselessly speculating.
